1.For unpaid orders
You can inform us to cancel the order any time and without any additional costs.
2.For orders have paid successfully
If you have paid successfully,when refunding you can only get 92% of your amount. Because we use third-party pay platform, the system automatically deduct part poundage when paying successfully.
3.Payment and delivery successful
Under this occasion, if you want to cancel the order, you need to send back it after receipt of goods. After confirmation, we will deduct 8% of your amont for pay fee and 10 dollars for the poundage, so please carefully operate.
4.Products arrive with damage
